City Schools of Decatur has decided to suspend all in-person activities and events across the district. This will have an impact on DHS and RMS, our staff, coaches, and student-athletes. The following reflect the official start dates per current GHSA by-laws. As we begin preparing for activities in the Fall, our programs will closely follow the safety protocols recommended by the Georgia High School Association. Football: July 27 Cross Country, Softball, Volleyball: August 1
The Softball team suffered back to back loses over the weekend. The Bulldogs lost 3-6 to LaGrange followed by a 1-13 loss to Lamar County. The team plays again on Tuesday, August 20th at home against Lithia Springs. Go Bulldogs!
The Varsity Softball team defeated Lakeside yesterday 11-3 at Oakhurst Park. The team will travel to East Coweta High as well as Whitewater High this weekend for a tournament. Go Bulldogs!
